Rant on Religion, anyone??

I find it quite annoying when people die and someone says "Well, atleast they're in a better place." THEY'RE NOT! THEY'RE IN THE GROUND!! What could possibly constitute that as "a better place"? I don't get it. I mean Religion has something to do with it but religion is dumb. Religion is for people who don't want to know. Religion is for people who don't want to expand their minds passed a given point. Religious people just pray to some omniscient prick who doesn't care about them. They build a wall so they don't let anything in. They are the most ignorant people on this planet, and sadly 99% of the earth is ignorant. I choose to expand my mind beyond "When I die I go to heaven and I spend the rest of eternity with God." It's bologna. It's a fairytale. I refuse to believe any of that.
So. They're not in a better place. They're dead.

Efficiency

I had a pretty excellent weekend. Friday, played a show aat a haunted house... epic. Whole band was in costume. I was a gorilla of course. Stayed the night at Kyle's and we talked about how I need a girlfriend and shit and how I suck with relationships haha... Had a pretty cool conversation. Slept like a baby. Saturday, Kyle and I went to the mall and I got some new pants and a cd. Didn't go to homecoming, not a fan. Sunday, just kicked it at my mom's house and got some intense hardcore napping done.
BTW I'm digging the weather we had today. It wasn't rainy or anything.
Hammonater wasn't at school Friday so the flashcards and shit aren't due til tomorrow, still not done though so I'm gonna be efficient and get that done, son.

Why does this computer suck??

It's seriously like the dumbest, slowest contraption on this planet. But I can't complain. I mean, it's all mine. I would get a new one but I'd rather get a new camera. This computer doesn't even have WORD!!! and I need to type some crazy thing for lit. This is egregious. Oh, and a shout out to Haley for getting me blogging again haha. I just single handedly did my video project. It's due tomorrow. Everything goes so wrong in my group. We hardly ever get anything done 'cause we always get the shitty cameras and they never want to import and have dirty heads. But it didn't take long to do so I guess that's good.
OK I think I'm pretty much done for the day.

Hello, how has it been? I hope you've been well. Letters are such an old thing aren't they?? I mean, now the people that send them are old people who want to send you some money, right?? Who do you know that writes just to say hey? Not too any people nowadays. It's all Myspace and Facebook now. Oh, and you cant forget the wonderful invention of texting. I adore texting. Don't you think it's kind of funny that people manufacture cards to send/give to other people when they're sick, getting married, or saying thanks for the birthday card? I do. It's not too sincere either, right? This, after all, is a quite sincere letter. I mean, look at all this crap I've written. That has got to mean It's pretty damn sincere. You can't scribble something like this at a traffic light. Premade cards aren't special... They're a last resort. I, personally, am never blown away by a birthday card that has a queer little mass-produced poem with a quickly written down "Have a good day Love, Uncle". Other than the money inside, it's garbage. A letter like this is one to be kept, possibly framed. All other letters are crap. Haha maybe not.

Try This

I've discovered a way to keep my mind off of things when I'm insanely bored.
When I'm bored I grab the nearest available thing to write on (I prefer index cards) and I look around and write the first thing that comes to my head, repeat until paper/index card is full. It's relaxing as anything and it's super easy.
I like it and maybe you'll try it..
Too bad no one reads my blog haha.

Silly Little Scene Girls

Today I realised that my sister is an intense drama queen. All these rumors and arguments and stuff I don't care about at all is all I hear come out of her mouth. She's 14 and she is starting her first year of high school this coming Monday. So, today was open house/ orientation for upcoming freshman at our high school and they give the new students their home rooms and schedules and a tour of the school. Well, my sister found out that she'll be in homeroom with another girl she has been back and forth with for about 2 or 3 years. I swear I don't have enough fingers and toes to count how many times these two have been friends and not-friends. And these girls are the epitome of scene. They say they're not because of course they don't want to be "labeled" and "it's they're own style", but let me tell you something...being a non conformist is just conforming with other non conformists, right??

So, right now these two girls are at each others throats and I have no idea how long that's going to last. Maybe they'll be friends again by the beginning of school, maybe not. But I swear if I have to listen to another argument about hair I'm going to lose it. And that's a promise.
